If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned within 30 days are refunded to the original payment source. Please contact us at support@nutranoor.co

Returns are accepted only on items purchased from the Nutranoor website. Returned items must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must be intact. 

If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm that the requested item is available. As soon as your return is processed, we will reach out with details of the exchange.

Nutranoor offers a Money-Back Guarantee on certain purchases within ninety (90) days from the date that you received your order. You may receive a full refund according to the following terms. 

The Money-Back guarantee is only valid on products purchased directly from Nutranoor. If you purchase & use the Nutranoor Halal Collagen blend for 3 months and DO NOT see visible results, then you are able to claim back 100% of the amount you spent on the 3-month supply purchase.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE

Once we receive your returned item, processing is usually quick but may take up to 5 days. Refunds will take up to 5-7 business days to clear but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
