It all started with my mum and sister. My mum is in her 60s, and my sister is approaching her 40s — two women I care deeply about and wanted to support in the best way possible. I began searching for collagen supplements that were not only halal and aligned with our faith but also actually worked.

So I decided to do something about it.

I teamed up with top nutritionists and spent months testing formulas — yes, literally testing hundreds of them — using my mum and sister as my most honest testers.
